E&OE - Terms & Conditions The Laws of the England shall apply to this agreement irrespective of the place of delivery. 1. Payment Options. Susan Lawson accepts all major credit cards and provides a secure payment system in conjunction with Netbanx. For more information on Netbanx and their services click here.Susan Lawson also accepts payment via personal cheque drawn on a U.K. bank account made payable to 'S Lawson', or by bank to bank transfer (overseas customers) N.B. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared. Your credit card company will convert any orders placed with Susan Lawson from U.K. Pounds Sterling into your local currency when they process the transaction. Please remember exchange rates vary all the time. If you cannot disable this facility please call +44 1432 870977. 2. Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund (Delivery charges excluded.) or exchange. All requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. All items for return must be in original condition, unworn and be in their original boxes or packaging, with all labels attached.3. Quality of Goods All products supplied by Susan Lawson are of the highest quality and are suitable for the use and purpose for which they were originally intended. These garments are not intended as sleepwear.4. Delivery Times & Methods. Susan Lawson will normally dispatch goods via Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or DHL (Overseas) within 10 days of receipt of order (In some cases 28 days may be needed depending on the availability of some fabrics, customer will be advised if this is the case). UK orders are sent next day however, up to 7 days should be allowed for overseas delivery's. In the event of a delay the customer will be notified. If goods are not received within 17 days of order then customers should advise Susan Lawson. A signature will be required on delivery.5. Delivery Charges. Delivery charges are charged at cost and include postage, packing and insurance. These are automatically added to the cost of goods as part of the order process.
Please note customs charges are payable locally on receipt of goods. All outfits are boxed and wrapped in acid free tissue, to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition. 6. Retention Of Title. All goods remain the property of Susan Lawson until paid for in full.7. Responsibility for Local Taxes & Duties. This lies with the customer or recipient in all circumstances.8. Application of VAT. VAT is included in the price of all goods. A break down of which is available in the review basket facility. VAT will not be added to orders outside the European Union.9.
